Local Delivery & Meetup (Las Vegas, NV)

Local Delivery: We are proud to offer local delivery to customers in the Las Vegas, NV area! Our delivery operations are based out of Summerlin, and local delivery rates are calculated based on the distance from our location.

• Orders placed up to 5:00 PM PST can typically be out for delivery before 6:00 PM PST on the same day.
• Please Note: During peak hours or high-volume periods, local deliveries may take longer or be scheduled for the next business day.

Free Local Meetup: Skip the shipping fees with our free local meetup option. Because our administrative office is located in a private residential area, direct on-site customer pickups are strictly prohibited. If you select "Local Pickup" (or Meetup) at checkout, your order will be prepared within 1 to 2 business days. We will contact you directly via email or phone to schedule a specific appointment time and designate a safe, public meetup location near our Summerlin headquarters for you to collect your merchandise.

Domestic Shipping (USA)

We offer standard shipping nationwide across the United States. All standard orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and major holidays). Carrier rates and delivery times will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note that delivery delays may occur due to carrier issues or severe weather.

Processing & Dispatch Times

Our warehouse operations run on Pacific Standard Time (PST). Here is when you can expect your shipped order to be dispatched:

• Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed before 3:00 PM PST (Monday-Friday) will be processed and handed off to the carrier on the exact same day.
• Standard Processing: Orders placed after 3:00 PM PST typically process and ship the next business day (please allow 24-48 hours for standard processing during peak volume).
• Weekend Processing: We frequently process and ship Friday afternoon and evening orders on Saturday to ensure the fastest possible delivery. Orders placed on Saturday afternoon or Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

International Inquiries

While our automated checkout currently only supports USA addresses, we can fulfill international orders upon request.

If you live outside the USA and wish to purchase items, please email us at support@hhliquidators.com with the exact items you wish to purchase and your full international shipping address.

Our team will provide you with available carrier options. Once you select a carrier, we will generate a private, secure invoice for your customized order.

Order Tracking & Support

Once your order has been packaged and a label has been created, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available in the carrier's system. Please ensure you have created a customer account with accurate contact details so we can reach you regarding your delivery if necessary.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Helping Hand Liquidators is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier immediately to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, as the carrier will require photographic evidence.
